The September 2022 general release (12.11 2022.09) is now available to all customers. This month's software update includes the highly anticipated Multi-Immunization workflow, updates to the DSM-5 browser, and new template-based letter printing for appointments and proof of immunization.

Manage Complex Vaccine Clinics with Multi-Immunization
Multi-Immunization allows you to plan safe, high-volume, high-efficiency clinics for large populations of students to get them up to date with university requirements. The process is entirely paperless and easy to set up and use.
Supports pre-scheduled and walk-in workflows.
Has a check-in screen to review the required immunizations.
Integrates a paperless consent process with a job to send consent forms to the portal the day of the clinic.
Allows assignment of students to vaccine administration stations.

DSM-5-TR Diagnosis Browser
Point and Click is pleased to announce the our new DSM Browser feature for the updated Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition, Text Revision (DSM-5-TR). The updated browser allows for streamline selection of a specific diagnosis with single and multi-select specifiers, uses sentence completion technology, and includes diagnosis-specific help notes sourced directly from the DSM-5-TR manual. The DSM-5-TR features the most current text updates based on scientific literature with contributions from more than 200 subject matter experts. The revised version includes a new diagnosis (prolonged grief disorder), clarifying modifications to the criteria sets for more than 70 disorders, addition of International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Revision, Clinical Modification (ICD-10-CM) symptom codes for suicidal behavior and nonsuicidal self-injury, and updates to descriptive text for most disorders based on extensive review of the literature.
Appointment Letters in PncSchedule
Letters can now be customized and printed directly from PncSchedule. In PncAdmin > Letter Templates, create your templates with the usage Appointment Letters. Use general, patient, facility, and appointment merge tags to auto-populate fields like Appointment Date and Time, Provider Name, Patient Name, and more.
Immunization Letters in PncChart
You can now customize and print a letter to document proof of a single immunization record from Patient > Immunizations. In PncAdmin > Letter Templates, create your templates with the usage Immunization Messages/Letters. To make this possible, there is a new Immunization section in the merge tag browser to auto-populate all the immunization details and a provider's signature, along with your custom letterhead. All templates with the Immunization Messages/Letters usage will appear as print options when you click a procedure date to view the immunization details.
